It is nothing personal mind you it is just....
I walk my pup in the wee hours of the mornings and I do enjoy looking up at the stars that light pollution has not obliterated. However, this is one constellation I don't enjoy seeing and I saw it the other night.
Orion - the harbinger of fall.
Fall - the harbinger of winter.
Winter - that freaking season of snow.
Orion = Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Orion, oh how I loath thee.
lol. Poor Prion. Although I must say after spring fall is my favorite season.
ReplyDeleteer...Orion*
DeleteI have to agree with you there.
DeleteWhen you put it like that Orion doesn't sound so great. lol
ReplyDeleteI know it always makes me sad to see it. =(
DeleteStop your bad karma! I'm living in the miserable south, and I'm counting down the days until this ridiculous humidity is gone! (Of course, I was raised in Idaho, so I have cold-love in my veins!)
ReplyDeleteYes, Idaho has more snow. I always feel like Ned Stark. Winter's Coming, Winter's Coming, Winter's Coming. After the Summer Solstice I say, "It's all down hill from here."
DeleteI know. I know. The geese are camping out in the field behind my house on their way south. It sucks.
ReplyDeleteWhen I first moved into this house there was a huge farm a few blocks over where they raised corn. The geese would come from all over to partake. I love the sound of them over head.
DeleteThree words: Move to Florida. ;)
ReplyDeleteI really should. I am not a snow person at all.
DeleteWould I get booed if I was eager for autumn to arrive?! ;)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite constellation also.
ReplyDeleteNot looking forward to winter but FALL is AWESOME!
